All nurses are required to provide the following documents before employment:
- Current California License or Certificate
- Current CPR, NRP, PALS, OR ACLS
- Prove at least 1 year experience within the last 3 years in the field
(i.e. Hospital, Clinic, Nursing Homes)
- Annual statement of good Health from an MD (current physical stating
that employee is healthy and free from communicable diseases)
- Annual TB test: skin test or chest x-ray (TB skin tests are annual
and must be renewed once a year. Chest x-ray must be renewed every 2
years)
- Record of immunization MMR, Varicella (Measles, Mumps, Bubella, Rubeola,
Chicken Pox). All applicants must provide these records or have an MD
or local clinic provide the necessary information.

Any employee or independent contractor who has concerns about the quality and safety of
patient care provided by the staffing firm's employees or independent contractors
may report these concerns to The Joint Commission.
Also, any individual who has concern about patient care and safety in our
organization, that has not been addressed by our staff, is encouraged to
contact our management or The Joint Commission. If the concerns cannot be
resolved through our staff, the individual is encouraged by management to
contact The Joint Commission. In all cases our agency will take no
disciplinary action because an employee or independent contractor reports
safety or quality of care concerns to The Joint Commission
